Welcome to QrTapz (https://qrtapz.com), owned and operated by Zapwhizz Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital business card platform, user dashboards, and any future physical NFC products or hardware variants we offer.

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Account Creation and Eligibility

  1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.


2. Content Ownership and User Conduct

  1. Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyrights of all links, logos, contact info, images, and text you upload to your QrTapz profile.
  2. Your Liability: You are solely liable for the validity of the links and data on your profile.
  3. Prohibited Use: You strictly agree not to use QrTapz to host, share, or link to:
  4. Phishing sites, malware, spyware, or malicious code.
  5. Explicitly adult, obscene, or defamatory material.
  6. Copyrighted materials without explicit authorization.
  7. Material violating local Indian or international cyber laws.
  8. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any profile violating these rules without prior warning or financial liability.


3. Built-in Lead Collection Feature

  1. If you utilize the "Lead Collection" form on your public QrTapz profile to collect contact info from individuals who tap your card, you are designated as the Data Controller of that data.
  2. You agree to handle, store, and process that personal information in strict compliance with applicable privacy legislations (such as the DPDP Act in India or GDPR globally). QrTapz acts purely as a secure hosting infrastructure (Data Processor).


4. Digital Profile Modifications & System Failures

  1. While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime, QrTapz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any business revenue losses, broken third-party links, or operational downtime beyond our technical dashboard control.


5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of your use of QrTapz shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
